Ketika Anda mendaftar dan menggunakan RAN Universe, kami mengumpulkan berbagai informasi yang diperlukan untuk mengoperasikan layanan permainan dan fitur sosial kami.
Cara Kami Menggunakan Informasi
Informasi yang dikumpulkan digunakan untuk tujuan-tujuan berikut:
Operasional Layanan — Mengelola akun, autentikasi login, pemrosesan transaksi in-game (Top Up, Item Mall), pengiriman hadiah Gift Code, dan pengelolaan karakter dalam permainan.
Fitur Sosial — Menampilkan profil publik, feed komunitas, sistem follow/follower, notifikasi, dan fitur interaksi sosial lainnya yang merupakan inti dari platform RAN Universe.
Keamanan & Integritas — Mendeteksi aktivitas mencurigakan, mencegah penyalahgunaan akun, membatasi upaya login berulang (rate limiting), dan menegakkan aturan komunitas.
Komunikasi — Mengirimkan informasi terkait akun seperti reset password, pembaruan layanan, dan pengumuman penting melalui email yang terdaftar.
Pemulihan Akun — Menggunakan pertanyaan keamanan dan email untuk membantu pemulihan akses akun yang hilang.
Berbagi Data dengan Pihak Ketiga
Kami tidak menjual data pribadi Anda kepada pihak ketiga mana pun. Namun, beberapa layanan pihak ketiga beroperasi dalam platform kami:
Google Sign-In (Alphabet Inc.) — Digunakan sebagai metode autentikasi utama. Ketika Anda login melalui Google, kami menerima data profil dasar sesuai izin OAuth yang Anda setujui. Lihat kebijakan privasi Google di policies.google.com/privacy.
Google AdSense — Kami menampilkan iklan dari Google AdSense. Google dapat menggunakan cookies untuk menampilkan iklan yang relevan berdasarkan kunjungan Anda ke situs ini dan situs lainnya.
xAI (Grok Vision) — Setiap gambar yang Anda upload (avatar & gambar postingan) dikirimkan ke layanan moderasi AI dari xAI untuk memastikan konten tidak melanggar aturan komunitas. Gambar hanya diproses sementara dan tidak disimpan oleh xAI.
MediaFire — File installer game dihosting di MediaFire. Mengunduh file dari layanan tersebut tunduk pada kebijakan privasi MediaFire.
Discord — Tautan ke server Discord komunitas kami tersedia di platform. Bergabung ke Discord tunduk pada kebijakan privasi Discord.
Moderasi Konten & AI
Setiap gambar yang diunggah ke platform kami — baik sebagai foto profil maupun gambar dalam postingan — akan melalui proses pemeriksaan otomatis menggunakan teknologi AI (xAI Grok Vision) sebelum ditampilkan.
Sistem moderasi akan menolak gambar yang mengandung: konten seksual atau vulgar, kekerasan grafis atau gambar mengganggu, simbol kebencian, konten terkait narkoba atau menyakiti diri sendiri, serta konten yang menargetkan anak-anak secara tidak pantas.
Cookies & Analitik
Kami menggunakan cookies dan penyimpanan lokal browser untuk keperluan berikut:
Session & Autentikasi — Menyimpan status login Anda agar tidak perlu login ulang setiap saat. Session aktif selama 24 jam atau hingga Anda logout secara manual.
Preferensi Tema — Menyimpan pilihan tema (Dark/Light mode) Anda di browser.
Keamanan — CSRF token digunakan untuk melindungi setiap form dan transaksi dari serangan cross-site request forgery.
Iklan (Google AdSense) — Google AdSense menggunakan cookies pihak ketiga untuk personalisasi iklan. Anda dapat menonaktifkan personalisasi iklan melalui pengaturan iklan Google di adssettings.google.com.
Keamanan Data
Kami menerapkan langkah-langkah teknis untuk melindungi data Anda, termasuk enkripsi password dan PinCode, proteksi CSRF pada seluruh API, pembatasan laju (rate limiting) untuk mencegah brute force, serta validasi input server-side untuk mencegah injeksi.
Meskipun kami berupaya sebaik mungkin, tidak ada sistem yang 100% aman. Kami menyarankan Anda untuk tidak menggunakan password yang sama dengan akun lain dan segera menghubungi kami jika Anda mencurigai adanya akses tidak sah ke akun Anda.
Hak Pengguna

Unlink Google — Anda dapat memutus tautan akun Google dari akun RAN Universe melalui pengaturan akun.
Penghapusan Akun — Untuk permohonan penghapusan akun secara permanen, silakan hubungi kami melalui email di support@ran-universe.com. Penghapusan akun akan memproses penghapusan data pribadi Anda, namun data transaksi mungkin tetap disimpan untuk keperluan audit sesuai ketentuan hukum yang berlaku.
Konten Pengguna & Fitur Sosial
RAN Universe menyediakan fitur sosial seperti feed komunitas, profil publik, sistem follow, postingan dengan gambar, komentar, like, dan repost. Dengan menggunakan fitur-fitur ini, Anda memahami bahwa:
Konten yang Anda posting — termasuk teks, gambar, dan interaksi — bersifat publik dan dapat dilihat oleh seluruh pengguna RAN Universe. Profil Anda juga bersifat publik secara default.
Anda bertanggung jawab atas konten yang Anda bagikan. Kami berhak menghapus konten yang melanggar aturan komunitas atau ketentuan layanan tanpa pemberitahuan sebelumnya.
Transfer koin antar pemain dan riwayat transaksi dicatat di server kami untuk keperluan keamanan dan penyelesaian sengketa.
Pengguna di Bawah Umur
RAN Universe ditujukan untuk pengguna berusia 13 tahun ke atas. Kami tidak secara sengaja mengumpulkan data dari anak-anak di bawah usia 13 tahun. Jika Anda adalah orang tua atau wali yang mengetahui bahwa anak Anda telah mendaftar tanpa izin, silakan hubungi kami agar akun tersebut dapat dihapus.
Untuk pengguna berusia 13–17 tahun, kami menyarankan pengawasan orang tua, terutama dalam penggunaan fitur Top Up dan transaksi in-game.
Perubahan Kebijakan
Kami dapat memperbarui Kebijakan Privasi ini dari waktu ke waktu. Perubahan signifikan akan diumumkan melalui notifikasi di platform atau melalui email. Tanggal "Terakhir diperbarui" di bagian atas halaman ini akan selalu mencerminkan versi terkini.

Information We Collect
When you register and use RAN Universe, we collect various information necessary to operate our gaming service and social features.
How We Use Your Information
The collected information is used for the following purposes:
Service Operations — Managing accounts, login authentication, processing in-game transactions (Top Up, Item Mall), delivering Gift Code rewards, and managing in-game characters.
Social Features — Displaying public profiles, community feeds, follow/follower systems, notifications, and other social interaction features that are core to the RAN Universe platform.
Security & Integrity — Detecting suspicious activity, preventing account abuse, limiting repeated login attempts (rate limiting), and enforcing community rules.
Communication — Sending account-related information such as password resets, service updates, and important announcements via your registered email.
Account Recovery — Using security questions and email to help restore access to lost accounts.
Sharing Data with Third Parties
We do not sell your personal data to any third party. However, several third-party services operate within our platform:
Google Sign-In (Alphabet Inc.) — Used as the primary authentication method. When you log in via Google, we receive basic profile data per the OAuth permissions you authorize. See Google's privacy policy at policies.google.com/privacy.
Google AdSense — We display ads from Google AdSense. Google may use cookies to show relevant ads based on your visits to this and other websites.
xAI (Grok Vision) — Every image you upload (avatar & post images) is sent to xAI's AI moderation service to ensure content does not violate community guidelines. Images are only processed temporarily and are not stored by xAI.
MediaFire — Game installer files are hosted on MediaFire. Downloading files from that service is subject to MediaFire's privacy policy.
Discord — Links to our community Discord server are available on the platform. Joining Discord is subject to Discord's privacy policy.
Content Moderation & AI
Every image uploaded to our platform — whether as a profile photo or post image — goes through an automated review process using AI technology (xAI Grok Vision) before being displayed.
The moderation system will reject images containing: sexual or vulgar content, graphic violence or disturbing imagery, hate symbols, drug-related or self-harm content, and content that inappropriately targets children.
Cookies & Analytics
We use cookies and browser local storage for the following purposes:
Session & Authentication — Stores your login status so you don't need to log in each time. Sessions remain active for 24 hours or until you manually log out.
Theme Preferences — Saves your theme preference (Dark/Light mode) in your browser.
Security — CSRF tokens are used to protect all forms and transactions from cross-site request forgery attacks.
Advertising (Google AdSense) — Google AdSense uses third-party cookies for ad personalization. You can disable ad personalization via Google's ad settings at adssettings.google.com.
Data Security
We implement technical measures to protect your data, including password and PinCode encryption, CSRF protection across all APIs, rate limiting to prevent brute force attacks, and server-side input validation to prevent injection attacks.
While we strive to do our best, no system is 100% secure. We recommend not using the same password as other accounts and contacting us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
User Rights
As a RAN Universe user, you have the following rights regarding your personal data:
Access & Modification — You can change your email, username, password, PinCode, and social profile information at any time via the Manage Account page.
Delete Content — You can delete your own posts and comments in the community.
Unlink Google — You can disconnect your Google account from your RAN Universe account via account settings.
Account Deletion — To request permanent account deletion, please contact us via email at support@ran-universe.com. Account deletion will process the removal of your personal data; however, transaction records may be retained for audit purposes in accordance with applicable legal requirements.
User Content & Social Features
RAN Universe provides social features such as community feeds, public profiles, follow systems, image posts, comments, likes, and reposts. By using these features, you understand that:
Content you post — including text, images, and interactions — is public and viewable by all RAN Universe users. Your profile is also public by default.
You are responsible for the content you share. We reserve the right to remove content that violates community rules or terms of service without prior notice.
Coin transfers between players and transaction history are logged on our servers for security and dispute resolution purposes.
Minors
RAN Universe is intended for users aged 13 and above. We do not knowingly collect data from children under the age of 13. If you are a parent or guardian who becomes aware that your child has registered without permission, please contact us so that account can be removed.
For users aged 13–17, we recommend parental supervision, particularly regarding the use of Top Up features and in-game transactions.
Policy Changes
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Significant changes will be announced through platform notifications or via email. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will always reflect the latest version.
By continuing to use RAN Universe services after changes take effect, you are deemed to have agreed to the updated policy.
